q: What is the lead time between order and delivery?

Delivery of product that is in stock will usually be arranged within 3- 4 working days of placing and paying for your order.

Delivery to the outer edges of the Delivery Zones may need to allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Our Warehouse for dispatch is currently in the Northern Brisbane Suburbs)

Should you require your order sooner it would be best to call and talk with us to see what is possible.

 
q: When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 4.00pm

For any order placed with us, you will be required to provide a number that you can be contacted on during business and delivery hours.

Once your order has generated , you will receive email confirmation, firstly that the order has been received and then later of the delivery date.

Should there be a problem or delay with your order, one of our team members will contact you with updates on the progress of your order and options that may be available.

 
q: Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Deliveries will go to the address used in the “Shipping Address” section of the shopping cart.

Please make sure that the full delivery address has been filled out and we have a phone number that is contactable between the hours of 6.30am and 4pm.

Our drivers are instructed to call approximately half an hour before delivery to confirm delivery instructions.

 
q: Can we have our goods placed in a specific area?

We have an obligation to ensure the safety of people and property and must comply with WorkCover regulations.

Our driver will make the final decision on product placement, after assessing the site.

If the driver determines that the product cannot be safely unloaded on site due to obstacles or safety issues relating to the unloading process or lack of space, the driver will endeavour to contact the customer either directly or indirectly to enable delivery.

If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to one of our nearest store locations at the customers cost.

A redelivery fee will then apply to get the goods re delivered.

 
q: What if I order too much?

Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of surplus product.

Goods are available for order in Half or One Tonne / Half or One Cubic metre quantities, or in the case of Cement a full pallet.

You will need to place your order to the nearest to these amounts

We do recommend that you order approximately 10% extra for variables such as product compaction.

Any product left over can be put away for any future repairs

During the order process, if you are not sure about which goods you require, we are more than happy, as part of our customer service process, to spend time with you by phone or email, providing advice on product selection, volume requirements and information specific to your order and delivery, including logistic planning.

 
q: How do I change my order?

If you need to cancel, add or subtract from your original order, please contact us as soon as you can after placing the order and no later than midday the business day before the order is dispatched.

Any order that is already collected from a supplier cannot be changed.

We reserve the right to charge a nominal admin charge of $25.00 incl GST per order for any changes to the order.

If you decide that you are not happy with your order when it arrives onsite and there is no fault with the product; Freight will be charged to send the truck to site to collect and return the stock.

Goods must still be in undamaged condition i.e.: Bulka Bag whole, not cut; Pallet of cement mostly wrapped

There will also be a 25% restocking fee + any nominal charges imposed from the supplier.
