q: What is your Returns Policy?

Please, CHOOSE CAREFULLY*. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

*During the order process, if you are not sure about the goods you require, we are more than happy, as part of our customer service process, to spend time with you by phone or email, providing advice on product selection, volume requirements and information specific to your order and delivery, including logistic planning.

You will need to contact us by phone or email within 2 days of purchase with a valid reason for return to discuss why you are considering a return or exchange.

You will be responsible to get the goods back to us, otherwise an “hourly hire pick-up and return delivery fee” will apply.

Where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you (except for natural colour variations) or don't do what they are supposed to do, we may choose to send a representative to site to review the situation.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit

Refunds are paid to the account payment was made from.

If a refund is agreed , upon timely receipt of the goods, and confirmation of the payment details information, the refund will be processed, and payment made by the same method that you made payment within 3 business days. We are unable to control how long it may take after that to show in your account.

q: How are Deliveries made

Deliveries are made using our own or our chosen transport company; depending on your location, there are times we may use one of our supplier vehicles

Orders are delivered between 7.00am and 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays

Please note: Deliveries to the outer edges of the Delivery Zones may incur extra delivery fees. Please refer to Delivery Zones to confirm we deliver to your area

Once your order is placed, we will review your order. If we see there may be a problem or concern with your delivery/ request, we will contact you to find out more information and discuss options with you.

q: What are the Delivery Guidelines?

Deliveries are to the kerb side only; our driver will endeavour to place the goods as close as possible to the jobsite but is under no obligation to do so.

Deliveries that require us to exit and re-enter the carriageway will be subject to charges in addition to the standard delivery fee.

If we are requested to exit and re-enter the public carriageway , all care will be taken, but We accept no responsibility for damage to property, above or below Ground-level , or debris as a result of our exiting or re-entering.

Any damage/breakage that may occur to site and product become the customers responsibility.

For access to your property through neighbouring land, it is your responsibility to have written permission prior to delivery.

We will follow customer instructions and do the delivery without sighting the written permission; should any damage occur to the site; it will be the customers responsibility.

q: What time will my order be delivered?

Unfortunately, we are not able to specify an exact delivery time.

All deliveries should be between 7.00am and 4.00pm, our drivers will call approximately half an hour before your delivery to confirm delivery instructions.

q: What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

All deliveries will be delivered on the specified day.

If you are not at home and the driver cannot get in contact with you, the driver will leave your product in a safe location at the address provided.

If this is not an option due to safety issues or lack of space, the product will be returned to one of our nearest locations at the customers cost.

A redelivery fee will then apply to get the goods re delivered.

q: What if my products are damaged or the order is not correct?

All damages and irregularities must be notified within 2 working days of the delivery.

You must notify us of the exact amount missing or damaged and replacements will be sent on the next available delivery. We may choose to send a representative to site to review the situation and/ or approve / arrange the replacements.

We reserve the right to charge a nominal admin charge of $25.00 incl GST per order for any changes to the order.

If at time of delivery, on first inspection, you notice that there are damages, please indicate this on the driver’s paperwork.

If the order is incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can have the situation rectified.
